Bought a set of OEM Lugs/Locks from Brian that were stolen by UPS when it was on the loading truck to come to my house. As soon as I noticed the notification on the tracking website I called Brian immediately and told him the situation. That SAME HOUR he had already called UPS, gotten an answer on what happened to my lugs AND filed the insurance claim already. All within 2 HOURS of me notifying him of the situation.
Hands down one of the BEST sellers/buyers on ClubLexus and anyone who does business with him as a buyer is in the best hands possible to be taken care of. Thanks again man.
