He didn't have a lot of credibility (24 posts) and his vouch didn't really count (voucher didn't have enough posts either), but at the price he was selling them for I was willing to take the risk. I was able to speak with him over the phone, and even to his gf while she sat at the UPS office because I insisted on using my company UPS#. In the end he shipped my package the same day I paypaled him the money, did a great wrapping job, and the item looks good. They don't seem to be leaking at all, but i'll post again once I have them installed to verify. Thanks again!
