Default Ohlins coilovers

I ordered these through a contact in Japan and should take 2 weeks to make the complete kit. We'll see. I ordered them with 16 and 12 spring rates.

That is an awesome coilover that i like the most. Did you order over a vendor in the US or directly through Ohlin inJapan ? Do you mind telling us how much is it in US dollar?
Thanks!

Based off the website and the current yen rate looks like they are going for around 3300.00. Shipping will be the killer on them because of weight and they will literally be shipped to the States.

It cost a little over 3600. I ordered through a retailer in Japan. I will definitely follow up when I get them.

Congrats buddy. They will be amazing. I have read that the Ohlins and the Penske are the best for the ISF.

I sold my KW on my F thinking I will get rid of it. Because its just collecting dust in the garage. I decided to keep it and now the Ohlins for the F is available. Very tempting.

So did they finally come out with an actual ISF specific setup? I know they (Ohlins and FIGS) stated the ISx50 setup would bolt up but it was not specific to handle the heavier ISF.

I talked to an Ohlins US rep and was told there is no setup made for the IS-F yet. I do know FIGS is working on that
It looks like Ohlins Japan maybe be doing their own build to order setups. If you check the specs, they offer 12/10 spring rates for the is250 and is350 and 14/10 for the is-f. I followed FIGS suggestion and ordered mine with 16/12 spring rates.

Nice! Please let us know how you like them.
I had a set of Ohlins DFVs on another car and absolutely loved them.

update us when you get them installed. I am curious to see if the increase in the front rate while leaving the rear the same will lead to more understeer under hard cornering

They are Road and Track. Built to Order for the F. So yeah, heavier rated springs.
