Default IS300 rims on IS250

I have a 2008 Lexus IS250 RWD. Just bought some chrome IS300 rims for snow tires

Will the IS300 (17x7, 50 offset) wheels mount ok on my IS250. I'm thinking they should. Bolt pattern is the same.

I currently run staggered 18x8 wheels now.

Planning to mount existing 205/50/17 snow tires on IS300 rims in winter. Thanks

Won't have a problem, if your lowered you might rub because of the 50' profile tire.

Will 17x7 wheels have any negative effect? Currently running 18x8 and 18x8.5 staggered.

I wouldn't think so

no negative effect. if anything youll notice better mileage / pickup since the 17s are a bit lighter.

Default Photochop

Here's a photoshoped pic until we get to see NikonGuy's setup. I think it looks pretty decent and will be looking for a set of these on kijiji for my winters. I can't seem to find a OEM set for the 2IS for cheap

nice 'chop lol.

Don't they (Lexus) make a 5-spoke reminiscent of these wheels? I wouldn't think they'd be expensive on the second hand market, seeing what the stockies go for on here....

There is a 5-spoke model for the 2IS. A lot of the newer models (2012) have these instead of the 10 spoke ones. I'd be happy finding a pair of those as well, but haven't seen any come up
