It's an unfortunate reality of car ownership to contend with scratches and damage, but I find it infinitely more aggravating when they are caused by carelessness of others. I can accept if I've damaged my car, but not when it's a random act of stupidity. From what I can tell, a shopping cart met the front of my car. Okay, enough ranting for now.

Now I'm in the process of researching the various body shops recommended here on the forum. That said, I'm always open to new recommendations!
