I have a 1992 ES300, I recently changed the head gaskets, valve cover gaskets, Oil Pan Gasket and also the transmission filter and pan gasket. I thought... well since I am doing all of this I might as well put some transmission treatment in the transmission. I put in the BG Brand transmission treatment. It performed fine for a day or two then I noticed that my reverse gear was not working at full capacity, it was really weak. It has gotten really bad now, it barely goes into reverse. I redrained the fluid and added new trans. fluid, it is still not working, I am thinking I have to get another transmission.

Another thing that is going on is that my car idles really rough, once I get going it runs fine but idles very rough, I have removed and cleaned out the AIC Valve already, that did not seem to fix the rough idle, it also hesitates when I first press on the gas (it has always done that). I am thinking that I may have to change the fuel filter or something, it always hesitates instead of excelerating immediately when hitting the gas. I have ran some BG 44K thru the fuel system. I am getting a check engine light now, I have not gotten the codes yet. Any ideas on any of what I have explained.? )
