I changed the tps and the motor and am still getting the same codes here to. P1120 and P1121. It's been two weeks with this problem and am running out of options.

Thanks I will try that.
What was the cost on that?

Reason I ask is because I was gonna try swapping out the Accelerator pedal sensor. Its the only other thing I have not swapped out.

it cost me 445 including labor. you can get one at sewell for 260 + tax. the mech called and asked for the accelerator pedal position sensor but the dealers didnt know what it was including carson. so you probably have to describe it or something.

You can test the different parts using an multimeter the link above can tell you the resistances that are in tolerance. You don't have to just guess and blindly replace parts this way it walks you through step by step. Hope this helps. Had same issue awhile back.

FrankJames...you are the man. Thank you very much. I checked resistance on the Accell Position Pedal Sensor and it was fine. But Im still getting code P1120 Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor Circuit.

Previously I was getting code P1120 and P1121. As soon as i replaced the TPS, code
P1121 was gone.

Any other suggestions that can lead to this code? So far I replaced the TPS and the Throttle control motor.

also check for excessive play in Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor.....heard of cases, especially where you have a lead foot that this can happen too(cable is stretched out)

I decided not to fix the Accel Pedal Position Sensor. I still have the same code. I am trading the car in on the 23rd. The Honda Dealer gave me $4800 for a trade in. I rather not fix the problem. My schedule is too busy. I know the car is safe and sound once I replace the the sensor but its my girls car. She wants to upgrade. I plan on posting the car for a week or more. I rather give the opportunity to a CL member than to give lowballing dealership. $5000 is my target price.
