oh btw

heres a pic of the ls430 mounted on 13.25 in rotors ..you can see the 1in ring around close to the base of rotor

so it was not a disbelieve post it was simply questioning based on my own exp with retro fitting

so again i stand corrected and again great job they should really look outstanding

lets not get into that conversation. he is not a forum vendor thus this type of conversation will get this thread locked and/or deleted. i had this happen to me when i machined my own steel rack bushings and posted on here.

to the OP. it looks good. so what is the radius from center to the outside of the caliper? i wonder if i can get my 18x10 enkei's to clear.

I'll be test fitting an SC with TT brakes this evening and I'll post the results asap.I would think it would fit better with TT or the some.

post some drawings of the bracket. if you dont have CAD or some other modeling software draw it on paper, scan it, and post it

Here are some step by step photos

cardboard and it's many uses

here is how the template looks mounted

just to show you how close the mounting ears are to one another. If it wasn't for the extra 1.80in of rotor mass it wouldn't of work.

is a side by side of the rotors

a before shot

and the TADA shots

I hope this will plant a seed in your heads. If any of you who are thinking about do this mod. It's fairly easy

does those brackets actually withstand the braking power? it makes me feel weary like they can just rip off under hard braking.

looks good though!

dude you told me that right now with those rotors it is about 8" from center to our edge of the caliper. i went to measure my enkei wheels today and there is absolutely no way in hell that would work. with 19's it would but 19's are retarded for tracking and tires are through the roof compared to 18's...especially for r-compounds.

i think ill have to stick to my current setup and make brake cooling ducts to compensate for smaller rotor.
