Classic Sounds in El Cajon did my tint probably the best tint job I've ever got anywhere, and the best part 325 for 7 windows there is less then a mm on the top of the window with out tint and he was able to get behind the door tweeter without yanking my door panels all off, I rank them two thumbs up. --they were recommended by Bob Baker Lexus of El Cajon.

do you know what type of tint and clear bra they use? Did you have it done there?
how much was it?

Paid $160 for 2 front / 2 rear side windows + 1 rear window with lifetime warranty. I went with the Solargard HP Titanium film. It came out great on my black GS. I would take some pictures, but the adhesive is still drying.

Any recommended tint shops here in Los Angeles
For all you Los Angeles based IS owners, I've read some complaints with some tinters doing a poor job on tinting the IS (some bull about the third brake light, having to remove the front door tweeters, etc.) so can any of you recommend a quality decently priced tint shop in the Los Angeles area?

California Tint and Pro Tint are 2 diffrent shops. Both are on Rosemead, but they are a couple miles apart.
Anyhow, go to California Tint, they do a good job and at a very good price! All 5 windows for ~$100.
