Can anybody tell me where the blower motor relay is for a 99 gs400. On passenger side fuse box theres a relay named HEATER i dont belive that is it. I dont have my manual here but my blower motor is inop and i tested to straight 12v and it works however the wires to it have 0 volts. i belive the resistor blower control to be good. in the engine bay driver side theres fan 1 fan 2 fan 3 fan 4, fan 1 is radiator would fan 2 or 3 be the blower motor, any input would be great, thanks guys
