1. Looking for the Wiring Diagram or Pin Out Assignment for the 1992 Lexus SC300.
The Data Link Connector Cap is missing. Trying to locate TE1 and EI pins so that I can
read the Engine Light Diagnostic Codes.

2. Where can I find a OBD1 Scanner for 1992 Lexus SC300?

Just drove my SC300 from Carson CA. to San Francisco up and down some
serious hills. SC300 was slowing down going up the hill at about 60 mph.
Drove about 800 miles round trip. But now she sound kind of loud and a bit
mis-treated.

The generic Lexus OBD1 connector works. There were 2 different plugs available for OBD1 Lexus' but usually the scan tool kits come with both. Honestly, it's just as easy to just read the blinks by jumping the two pins. OBD1 is somewhat 'dumb' compared to the later OBD2 codes when it comes to finding out what is wrong so don't rely too much on the ECU telling you what's wrong.

Thanks for the Info. I modified my post to include the 1992 SC300 OBD1 Connector.
Its scientifically different. Still searching for the 1992 SC300 OBD1 connector diagram.
I may have to go to Pick-A-Parts and find a SC300 OBD1 Cap with the Diagram under it.

You don't need a scan tool. Go to the roun port on the drivers side kick panel, te1 and e1 can be found there. Or just take te1 and ground it out anywhere. E1 stands for earth1, which in Toyota speak is general ground. E2 would be sensor ground. Google engine codes or how to check codes on 92 sc, very simple
