I'm thinking of selling my 2007 RX350 and getting 2007 GS 450h. The reason? I usually switch cars every few years because I get bored of them, that's all.

Maybe some RX owners also had experience with GS (especially hybrid models) and could convince me into (not) going for GS?

My current RX has President package with many options, and I'm considering 450h with President package (with each single option installed). However, there are few things that draw me back:

No AWD. We have some snow here in winter, so AWD really helps.
No air suspension. In one hand, it's a good think because potential repair costs will be sooooo much lower. In other hand, I don't like ride quality on RX without air suspension, so I think GS will ride bad too...
High mileage. Currently, there is GS 450h with full service history, but it has ~80.000 miles, which scares me of (my RX has 45.000 miles).

I have both, the GS350 is nice, comfy, and sporty, but if you require trunk space, you will not be happy with the GS. That's probably my only gripe.

Trunk space is not a problem for me. I have no family, so even a sports car with 2 seats would have more than enough space for me. Maybe got any more comments? Thanks.

P.S. Which one is more comfortable to drive (especially when talking about ride quality)?

The GS is the only car I have considered for myself when I get around to retiring my RX. For the h, however, you will pay a large ($12,000.00 I think) premium for very little boost in performance or MPG. You will have a lot of weight to haul around in batteries, the most expensive part of the car will depreciate the fastest, and the most technological part of the car will become obsolete soonest.
The new GS is getting rave reviews, but unless you put a large number of miles on your car every year, you might want to fire up the old spreadsheet and compare the standard engine to the hybrid.

The RX is really just a tall wagon. Most any traditional car mid-sized or larger would more than likely have a better overall ride and handling capabilities.

Personally, if your current RX is doing the job and there are no problems I would hold on to what you have. Getting a different used vehicle means the possibility of a whole new set of problems. Also, if your current ride is paid off you can put the extra money in the bank and save up for better ride down the road.

I was searching for LS460, but after one year of search I see it's impossible to find well equipped, low-mileage LS with full history at fair price.

Wrong. You can't find one at a low enough price that you would buy it. The market determines the value, and a willing buyer pays, by definition, a fair price from a willing seller. Sometimes you can find a bargain, which is what you are looking for, which is also fair.

I'm not looking at low price, I'm looking at fair price (of course, that depends on the person).

For example, LS 460 with 70.000+ miles costs about 20.000 EUR, while the same model (same equipment, same year, etc.) with 45.000+ miles costs about 30.000 EUR. And such a difference between prices doesn't exist in some other makes I've been considering...

Subjective matter. Polling others won't give you your answer. You need to make the call based on your specific needs/wants/priorities/preference/budget/etc. Same as anything else.
